This clause contains a description and conditions of the program for providing customers of the e-bilet.eu website with an additional service of paid subscriptions.

Premium Paid Subscription - an additional service from E Bilet, provided on a paid basis, and giving the client who purchased the subscription a number of advantages over other non-subscribers.

When registering a Premium subscription, the client receives a guaranteed privilege for the entire period of the subscription, in the form of special reduced prices for air tickets when booking on the e-bilet.eu

The subscription starts from the moment of registration and payment of the corresponding fee.

The cost of the Premium subscription is indicated on the site at the time of purchase.

The period of validity of a paid subscription is 12 months (365 days) from the moment of its payment according to the tariffs set at the link https://e-bilet.eu/en/AirTickets/Index/premium

Upon termination, cancellation, or expiration of your subscription, Premium benefits are no longer available.

The subscription can be canceled at the request of the client, while the funds already paid for the subscription are not refundable.

The purchase, payment and renewal of the subscription is carried out exclusively through the website e-bilet.eu:

  • when issuing an air ticket on the website. To do this, when entering passenger data, you will need to select the appropriate option.
  • through the user's personal account, in the Passengers section.

A Premium subscription does not guarantee special rates or discounts for all destinations at any time.

The customer is not entitled to receive compensation for orders placed before the start of the subscription.

Premium subscription is issued separately for each passenger.

The Premium subscription is non-transferable. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your subscription.

The Premium subscription has no limits on the number of times it can be used.

Special reduced airfares for Premium subscribers are available for both scheduled and low-cost airlines. Discounts and special fares are determined by E-Bitlet and are subject to change at any time.

Flights and/or services purchased at special Premium fares must not be used for commercial purposes by you or third parties.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful personal information when purchasing a subscription, and to keep it up to date while using Premium. If you fail to comply with the above obligations, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our sole discretion.

When making changes to the passenger data (Name or Surname), to save the subscription, you must contact the site support.

E Bilet reserves the right to change, expand or reduce the benefits and conditions of the Premium subscription at any time. We may also set requirements for the use of benefits or restrictions on the use of benefits. Up-to-date information on available benefits can be found at https://e-bilet.eu/en/AirTickets/Index/premium. If you do not agree with any changes, you can cancel your subscription by writing to us about it.

Would like to say a very big THANK YOU to all employees of e-bilet, especially to Andrii, Victoria and Yurii. They’ve been very helpful and supportive. Always been in contact with us, answering and checking on all our requests. We got a big delay of our flight and missed the next one, they managed to change our flight for the next day to another port. Even Lufthansa service centre in Frankfurt airport didn’t help us as much as they did.
