Frequently asked questions

Air tickets

An e-ticket is an electronic document certifying an air contract between a passenger and an airline. Unlike a paper ticket, an electronic ticket is a digital entry in an airline's database. An e-ticket does not require a special form - all information is stored in computer memory and, if necessary, quickly transferred from one computer to another. In addition, the introduction of e-ticket technology allows passengers to buy tickets for relatives and friends living in another country, saves time on purchasing tickets, allows you to choose your own route and pay for transportation in one click. But the biggest advantage of an e-ticket is that it cannot be lost. E-tickets reservation can be done in the traditional way (through operators and computer reservation systems), and independently by passengers through the websites of airlines and agencies. Payment for the ticket can also be made in the traditional way (cashier in cash in banking institutions) and by electronic means.

Travel itinerary - it is a document that contains flight information and is part of the agency's electronic ticket. Includes: flight segments, airport and flight departure and arrival terminal, flight number, ticket number, agency and / or airline booking number, agency and airline name, baggage rate, form of payment, general remarks on additional services.

The itinerary is sent to the passenger by e-mail in the form of a file attached to the email. The PDF format allows the agent and clients to guarantee the consistency of the content when forwarding.

Sometimes even frequent passengers need additional information about documents and much more. This list often includes: passenger passport, visa, supporting documents, air ticket and health insurance.

The travel and health documents required for your trip can vary based on your itinerary and personal situation. If you’re planning a trip, make sure you bring the travel documents which will be necessary for that trip. The requirements may vary considerably, depending on the country of arrival and the transit country, if your travel includes stopovers. To be certain on what documents you should bring with yourself to your destination country, it is recommended to check the continuously updated information published on the government's websites of arrival countries.

You need to apply for a refund for tickets issued on the site e-bilet.eu. You can make request for refund or data changes via mail [email protected] or use buttom in «My account»

And it is necessary to provide a copy of the ID card ( passport) and bank details of the payer's card for the transfer of funds.

Check-in for the flight is carried out through a computer control system for sending passengers, installed at the airport. Preliminarily, information about the issued tickets is transferred to this system from the reservation systems. When registering a passenger with an electronic ticket, it is necessary to present the passenger's identity card (passport) and sometimes a route receipt (optional - all the necessary information is already in the system). During check-in, the passenger is issued a boarding pass indicating the time of boarding, boarding and place on board the airliner.

When registering a passenger with an electronic ticket, it is necessary to present the passenger's identity card (passport) and sometimes a route receipt (not required - all the necessary information is already in the system). During check-in, the passenger is issued a boarding pass indicating the time of boarding, boarding and place on board the airliner. It is worth noting that each airline may have its own rules for setting the start and end time of check-in at the airport. According to the standard, check-in starts 2 hours before departure and ends 40 minutes before departure, after boarding starts.

There is a pre-registration online on the airline's website, access is open 24 hours before departure (some airlines 48 hours before departure, and some low-cost airlines 30 days before departure). If the passenger checked in for the flight independently via the Internet, it is necessary to print the boarding pass or save the registration barcode on the gadget. We recommend you approach the check-in desk at the airport in any case, as many airports around the world have not connected the system of reading electronic information about your electronic registration. If you are sure that the airport services will be able to read the information from your electronic boarding pass, you can immediately go through passport control (if you don’t have luggage).

It is necessary to read the information on the electronic boarding pass very carefully; it is not always possible to pass at once on inspection and passport control. The boarding pass is the main document for the passenger's admission to the pre-flight inspection and boarding area. This approach unifies the work of airport staff at the stage from check-in to boarding. You must also check in your luggage at the desk.

In addition, some airlines provide a check-in service at the self-service terminal directly at the airport.

The booking number will be sent to you in the booking confirmation letter and will also be displayed on the order confirmation page.

You can check the booking status at https://viewtrip.travelport.com/.

On most airlines, babies under the age of two can sit in your lap on a flight, sometimes with a special lap belt that you attach to your seatbelt. You may have to pay a fee—primarily on international airlines—which may come with a special boarding pass. For more information please contact our Customer Care Service.

Airlines have a special service to accompany minors if their parents / guardians are unable to fly with the child for any reason. Exceptions are low-cost companies: Wizzair (a child can fly one of 14 years), Raynair (a child can fly unaccompanied by adults from 16 years).

Accompanying children are available at other carriers for a fee of 5 years. If the service is not booked and paid for in advance, the child is not allowed to board. Detailed information on this issue, as well as the necessary documents for transportation, you can clarify with the Customer Care Service in the chat, by calling +372 6 88-81-58, or by sending a request to [email protected]

Requirements for declaration in all countries and airports are individual. Before departure, be sure to read them on the websites of the airports of departure / transit / arrival, you can also view and download the forms on them.

You get the seat number by checking in for the flight online (you can choose the seat yourself) or at the airport. The choice of a seat in the 1st row and near the emergency exits (not always available) is available at many airlines for a fee.

Meals on the plane depend on the airline, flight duration and class of service. Budget airlines will often charge extra for lunch.

You can find out if the ticket is included in the ticket and what is included in it. In addition, you can choose, depending on religion, diet, personal preferences, a certain menu after the booking (48 hours before departure at least) to specify your wishes to the operator in the chat or by phone +372 6 88-81-58.

Ryanair now requires some passengers to undergo a verification procedure before checking in for a flight, when booking additional services, to make changes to the reservation.

What is reservation verification and what is it for?

Verification is a new identity verification procedure that Ryanair requires for selective bookings.

If your booking requires additional verification from the airline, passing it is mandatory. Otherwise you will not be able to add additional services, change your reservation, or check in for your flight.

There is a registration fee at the airport, which is EUR 55 for each passenger. (non-refundable fee).

What do I need to verify?

To be verified you will need the Ryanair reservation number (PNR) which is written on your airline ticket (or we can always give it to you on request), the passenger's first and last name. You'll also need to sign into your Ryanair account (create a new one or sign in using Facebook, gmail).

It is important, when you register your account on Ryanair the mail which you indicate will be used further for an entry in the reservation and will replace the mail which was indicated at creation of reservation.

For verification you will also need a passport photo, signature and in some cases a recent photo. Be prepared to use a device with a camera.

How much does it cost to verify?

RyanAir offers 2 types of verification, paid and free. If your flight is more than 10 days before departure, you can use the standard verification, so the airline has time to process your request and you can check-in for your flight without any problems.

If your flight is less than 10 days until departure, we recommend you to pay for an express verification. (fee of £/€0.59 will be charged)

Once one of the passengers has been verified online, all passengers can check in online.

We are always happy to help you and give you a detailed explanation of the verification procedure, should you have any further questions.

Luggage

The items that the passenger hands over during check-in are called "checked baggage".

Each airline has its own rules and regulations for the carriage of luggage, which we recommend to read on the airline's website or in the rules of tariff application on the page of booking or order confirmation.

These rules determine the amount of luggage that can be transported free of charge, the maximum allowable dimensions and weight, the cost of additional, oversized, oversized or non-standard luggage.

Not all airlines allow free baggage allowance, in most cases hand luggage from 3 to 15 kg, which a passenger can take with him in the cabin, and one unit of checked baggage 20 - 23 kg.

The things that the passenger is allowed to take with him in the cabin are called "hand luggage".

Each airline has its own rules on the allowable weight of hand luggage, as well as on items that are allowed to carry on board. Most often, the weight of hand luggage should not exceed 5 - 7 kg. You can get acquainted in detail with the conditions in the rules of application of the tariff on the page of booking or confirmation of the order, and also, on the website of the airline.

Together with the unit of hand luggage, many airlines allow free transportation:

  • cane umbrella;
  • correspondence for reading on the plane;
  • outerwear or plaid;
  • a bag with a laptop or tablet computer;
  • camera;
  • handbag;
  • Goods from Duty Free.

If you need to order overweight (extra) luggage during working hours Mon - Fri from 09:00 to 19:00, Sat from 09:00 to 16:00, you can contact our online chat or call +372 6 88-81-58, during non-working hours leave an application in the form on the website or by mail [email protected].

For the carriage of luggage that does not meet the general standards, it is necessary to notify the carrier in advance (no later than 36 hours before departure). To do this, when booking tickets, indicate the data on dimensional luggage in the comments when booking / write a request to the mail or chat / call back at the specified numbers to clarify details and obtain complete information on transportation.

If you are planning a flight with pets, please inform in advance when booking tickets and check with our consultants for details.

Payment is made for the total weight of the pet + container (except for guide dogs, with the availability of relevant documents, for which no fee is charged).

Be careful, it is better to clarify the details of importation into each country before the flight at the embassy.

It is forbidden to carry planting material and soil, as well as plants with roots, bulbs, tubers.

Transportation of liquid / gels is allowed subject to the following rules:

  • Volume of packing with liquid / gel to 100 ml.
  • Liquids / gels available in hand luggage must be collected and packed in a transparent plastic bag with a clasp (maximum permissible total volume up to 1 liter).
  • According to the regulations, no more than one such package in hand luggage per 1 passenger.
  • Outside the packaging, the passenger can carry certain products (such as baby formula) and medicines needed by the passenger during the flight, which must be presented at the check-in counter at the airport.
  • Duty Free goods (such as alcohol and / or other liquids) are allowed on board if purchased at EU international airports. In this case, the rules provide for transportation in a packaged transparent package of the store with a receipt for the product, which is clearly visible in the package, and which must be sealed at the point of sale.

Liquids that are improperly packaged or in violation of the above conditions are confiscated.

Some airports may have stricter rules, be sure to visit your airport's website before departure to clarify details.

If you lose your luggage, contact the LOST AND FOUND service, which is open 24 hours a day. It is located at the airport in the arrival area. There you can issue a PIR, providing all contact details and information about your luggage.

If luggage is not found within 21 days, it is considered lost and you can claim compensation for material damage from the airline that lost it.

This information is of a general reference nature. Contact our operators to clarify the details of each case.

Payment

You can choose the form of payment immediately after booking. In that case, if you are not sure how and when you will pay for the order, stay on the tab "I will decide on payment later", while the price of the ticket will not change. The time for payment will be displayed on the booking page.
